Bruce Willis' Most Impressive Roles In Throughout His Career

By Brad Parsons

Simply put, Bruce Willis is one of my favorite actors. There is no movie the guy has been in that I truly cannot stand, and there are only a handful of actors I can say that for. Not to mention the fact that Bruce Willis has done way more movies than most other actors in his age bracket.

This article will discuss my top five favorite Bruce Willis films from the past two decades.

One film that I certainly have to mention is The Sixth Sense. I am not usually a fan of M. Night Shymalan movies, but his first major motion picture was a smash hit, both at the box office and from an audience standpoint. This film is awesome and Willis is a major part of the reason why.

If you have yet to see Twelve Monkeys, then you are missing out big time. This movie had me thinking about it for weeks on end, and is one of those films that the more you watch it, the more you pick up on.

No list of Bruce Willis films would be complete without paying homage to The Last Boy Scout. This film helped set the precedent for action films of the 1990s. Tony Scott directed and Damon Wayans also stars in this one.

Another film that has to be on my list is none other than Die Hard: With A Vengeance. It was hard to pick from the four films in this franchise, but at the end of the day, the third installment of the wild man John McClane was my favorite.

One other movie that I certainly makes my top five Bruce movies may come as a surprise, but it is none other than the original Look Who's Talking. Sure, he simply plays the voice of Mikey, America's most loveable child from the late 1980s, but I have nothing but good memories from this movie.

The last film I will mention on this list may come as a surprise to some, but it is none other than Lucky Number Slevin. Sure, it was just a small role, but this movie is just awesome and feel that it deserves a shout out.
