These objects could stand as evidence against a tenant if he or she is apprehended.

There are some facilities that have freezer units available in order to accommodate perishable items. Nonetheless, the usual scheme of things is that a large majority of personal warehouse units do not have this feature, so they restrict the storage of animal products and other perishables. These items could spoil and attract pests and/or harmful insects.
