The International Business Times has reported that Foxconn, Apple's partner with its iPhone, has declared June, 2011 as the date that the 4G Verizon iPhone 5 will be released. Foxconn has also verified that this thinner iphone will have an extended battery life and a new screen called the Organic LED that will enhance the quality of the iphone screen.
The move to make the announcement about Apple's next iphone is said to be strategic so that Apple will have enough new iphones to meet consumer demand and it will also allow Apple to continue concentrating on increasing sales of its ipad. As well, wireless networks will have plenty of time to enhance their networks to meet the 4G speeds.
The new iPhone 5 will be filled with amazing features such as video chat on 3g and 4g, face recognition, extreme downloading, dual core processors, and more powerful graphic chips that will deliver higher video resolutions and improved 'still' images.
