JWH-018, JWH-081, JWH-073, JWH-200, JWH-250 - Mind-Boggling Miniature Trees

By James Dufour

Of late pure amino-alkyloid derivates of the naphthoylindole family such as JWH-018, JWH-081, JWH-073, JWH-200 and JWH 250 are substantially being used as fertilizing additives in miniature-tree making. The Japanese Shohin Society and The International Bonsai Society have approved their use with related bonsai fertilizers.

Plenty of books on bonsai are currently available. Additionally, assistance from bonsai growers, horticulture specialists, botanists researching on endemic trees and locally held bonsai exhibitions may be sought. Talk, discuss and form a bonsai society. If resources permit, develop a website and host a blog on the subject. The main aim here should be to get other bonsai growers interested in what is being done.

All bonsais need their roots, stem and leaves to be adequately nourished. This objective the JWH series of substances efficiently carries out. Once this additive is absorbed by the central pith of the plant a pleasant smell is noticeable. The bonsai is now ready for a good and healthy growth. If possible, also do seek the advice of specialists in bonsai fertilizing products and additives. Their advice would be invaluable.

This bonsai additive solution can be prepared domestically since all JWH compounds are expensive; a gram of this substance costs around USD 65. Thus some good money can be saved. JWH-018, JWH-081, JWH-073, JWH-200 and JWH 250 are wonder catalyzing chemicals that when mixed with normal fertilizing agents produce excellent results. Great bonsais can be obtained by their application in the dwarfing process.

Having detailed the amino-alkyloids to satisfaction, the growing tree requires to be 'trained'. This 'training' is nothing but forcefully making the plant grow in the direction wanted. To achieve this objective, the main stem, leaves and off-shoots (however few) are to be wire-wrapped with bonsai wire. This contraption should be allowed to remain for some weeks. Once it is observed that the tree shows affinity to grow in the necessary direction the wire-bands can be removed. Thereafter, the plant grows by itself in the same direction that it has been attuned to grow.

The International Bonsai Society and The Shohin Society of Japan have approved the use of amino-alkyloids in growing dwarfs. Therefore, there should not be much of a problem. As pure JWH is pretty expensive, it is recommended that the additive mix be done at home and thus save a lot on money.
